Ganthet is alive and well after not playing any shows in Louisville all summer. Their first show back in town will be on Sept. 10th w/ Redhanded and the A Walls, and will be playing a couple of more shows after that, as long as venues are found (see below).
Everyone’s favorite horror-punks The Revenants are also still alive and kicking dirt off their coffin and are looking for a new rythym guitarist. There are flyers at Better Days and Ear X-Tacy with their phone numbers on it if you’re interested.
And finally, the news with Keswick Democratic is that there will be no shows there throughout September. No, it’s not because of some MORON, JACKASS motherfuckers breaking the ceiling during the Crapfest known as Dillinger Escape Plan, but because the venue is doing several major renovations during that month. Shows should resume after the first week of October.
Speaking of October, rumors are flying about a BY THE GRACE OF GOD reunion show on or around October 16th. Snapcase is rumored to be playing their last show there as well. We’ll keep you posted, fuckers.
