mini-Fetzer/Glasspack news

Lee Fetzer’s (redhanded, endpoint) oldest appeared in the newspaper today…. The Courier Journal.
In other news, the Glasspack’s bassist, Todd Cook, will be taking Todd Brashear’s (Solution Unknown, Wild & Wooly Video) place in Slint’s reunion lineup at the All Tomorrow’s Parties Festival in England…

” the Glasspack is proud to announce that our
bass player, Todd Cook, will be taking the
low-end spot for Touch and Go Records Louisville
band, Slint. He will be taking the place of
original bassist Todd Brashear for the reunion
show at the All Tomorrows Parties festival (Slint
is the curator) in UK, early next year. We also
hear that they will be doing some touring so
smack Todd on the back, if you see him, and tell
him the Glasspack sucks! Todd is the best bass
player in the world. He has also played in other
historic Louisville bands such as Spot, Crain,
and The For Carnation. He can be heard on our
live performance for WFPK’s Live Lunch from July
2004, which can be downloaded for free at
http://www.wfpk.org . He will also be recording
on our next album, which we will be recording
sometime in the summer of 2005.
