Kodan Armada – R.I.P.

September 7th, 2004

According to Corey Popp’s guest spot on Maximum Louisville Radio tonight, it sounds like Kodan Armada, everyone’s favorite screamy, chaotic motherfuckers, are going to be no more. No word on a last show or anything, but with Ryan in school in a different town and Dan living in North Carolina, it’s doubtful. Look for Corey, Brent, and Adam to be involved with new projects in the near future!

Black Cross

August 31st, 2004

For anyone interested, Black Cross has released a (very) limited edition 3 song CD with 2 new songs (which you might recognize from shows), as well as the first ever BC cover song, which is to be on a Jawbox tribute CD in the near future.

The CD was released at the free show on August 28th, and only 50 copies were made, so you might get lucky and be able to pick one up at the next BC show… the songs were recorded by Chris Owens at Headbangin’ Kill your Mama Music, the most punk studio in town.
