New Glasspack record

From Dirty Dave Johnson of The Glasspack record-putting-out-machine:
“We’ve just posted “Mrs. Satan LIVE” from the freshly new split brown 10″ vinyl “the Glasspack/Muddy Nasty River” out on Sleeping Village Records in Detroit, MI on our myspace, http://www.myspace.com/kentuckymotherfuckers …….

It features Brett Holsclaw (was in SPOT, Crab Nebula, Trim) on drums, Todd Cook (was in SPOT, Slint Reunion, now in Dead Child, Shipping News) on bass, and Dirty (was in Blacklisted, also in Muddy Nasty River) on guitar/vocals. It was recorded at WFPK Public Radio Louisville’s LIVE LUNCH SERIES for the release of the Glasspack’s Small Stone Records recording “Bridgeburner” a few years ago. It has been remastered for vinyl and contains Dirty’s side project Muddy Nasty River on the other side. The MNR side was recorded by the brilliant Jason Hayden (VRKTM), whom also plays bass on track “Floyd’s Nob.” These vinyl records are limited and numbered to 500. You can obtain one by going to Sleeping Village Records’ MySpace, http://www.myspace.com/sleepingvillagerecords
Enoy the new track in our MySpace player.
Also, we will be releasing our Western U.S. November Tour schedule soon. It’s to support the new vinyl and our new full-length release from Small Stone Records, “Dirty Women.” The tour will be alone for us playing with great local acts in their hometowns such as Rwake (Relapse Records/Little Rock, AK), Honky (Small Stone/ex-Butthole Surfers/Austin, TX), and Totimoshi (Volcom Recordings/San Francisco.) To help support our tour efforts, we have scheduled a show at The Rudyard Kipling on Saturday Oct. 20 with Rude Werdo and DJ Chad Castetter playing some great vinyl! Please come out!
Thanks and we love you,
the Glasspack
