The Response has been tearing up bathrooms and stages across the region for a while now and you can finally have a little bit of that stank at home. Taking a break from their Partners and Pals podcast, Donnie Vagrant and Sean Magnum brought Trey Meilhaus (Reagan Youth, Jim Härralson) and Allen (Plague IX) into the Church of Wax studio a few months back and recorded with Cadillac Young. The full release is still in the works, but you can now check out We Them Boys and We’re The Response on Bandcamp. While the band had previously released the Randy’s Response Demo, that release was mainly muddled live recordings and this new one will give you a clear, loud, sharp kick in the business. Keep an eye out on Louisville’s Punk Rock Night and an eye on Air Devil’s Inn for upcoming shows.
